Tudo, ou quase tudo, este governo PSD/CDS nos quer tirar. Agora pretende relegar para segundo plano o antigo Hospital das Caldas da Rainha - Centro Hospitalar Oeste Norte (CHON) - retirando-lhe valências, especialidades médicas, subordinando-o a uma nova entidade, que querem apelidar de CHO, dirigida a partir de Torres Vedras.
A população dos concelhos da sua área de influência não se calará e não o irá permitir. E não o irá permitir porque não existe nenhum dado que nos permita confirmar que a fusão reduzirá custos e que com esta medida se poupará dinheiro. Não se trata de uma medida financeiramente justificável. A fusão dos três hospitais que constituem o CHON aumentou em 10% os custos de funcionamento.
Este desgoverno PSD/CDS quer retirar às populações abrangidas pelo CHON cuidados de saúde que custaram muito a erguer. Não o vamos permitir, por mais dura que seja a luta.
Sabemos que responsáveis distritais e concelhios do PSD e do CDS têm andado a negociar esta afronta pelo menos há cerca de dois meses em absoluto segredo, nas costas da população a quem devem o Poder que ocupam.
Acusamos o Dr. Fernando Costa, Manuel Isaac e Maria da Conceição de não defenderem os interesses dos cidadãos que os elegeram.
Toda a política desta gente, tem sido um desastre para o País e para a nossa região. Os sacrifícios que exigem aos portugueses – e não a TODOS os portugueses – vão muito para além daquilo que nos foi imposto pelos compromissos internacionais.
Na próxima Quarta-Feira, no CCC, às 21 horas, esperamos que a população se envolva na defesa dos seus direitos; ali será lançada e assinada uma petição que envolve todos nesta que é uma luta justa. Uma luta contra aqueles que em Lisboa pensam que governar é unicamente encaixar números, mas também contra aqueles que, entre nós, transformaram uma cidade pujante e centro da actividade económica numa vila em declínio.
Esta é uma luta de todos, esta é uma luta pela defesa dos nossos filhos e netos. É uma luta pela sustentabilidade do futuro dos mais novos. Se for preciso irá até à rua; nem sequer seria a primeira vez. É com estes desígnios que nos confronta o futuro, temos de estar à altura do desafio.
Temos de merecer o respeito dos nossos filhos.
No próximo encontro do CCC, um só não fará a força, mas todos unidos torná-la-emos invencível.
